Failed to authentication with AM 8.1 communication with ASA
I changed ASA interface and IP communication with RSA AM. I configured it in ASA following the guide about Part 1 RSA Ready Implementation Guide for SecurID, Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance 9.5(2) Configure Cisco ASA 5500 for RSA SecurID Authentication.
But failed to authentication , and saw nothing when I start authentication monitor. I think if changed ASA interface IP, should clear node secret on the authentication agent in AM, I did it . I also deleted old sdi file in ASA, and no new sdi file created in ASA . If it is possible, you can remotely access our system with webex or zoom.. Please send email to the address
