Fast User Switching forces use of SecurID credentials

We are using Authentication Agent 7.3.3 for Windows.

When using Fast User Switching users seem to be always forced to re-enter SecurID credentials when unlocking the computer after another User has used it, even though we have GPO Setting "Unlock Computer with RSA SecurID PIN or Windows Password" set to allow use of Windows password.

Is this expected behaviour when using Fast User Switching ?
