Files disappearing rsa-securid-authenticate-api.yaml

I am working with the RSA SecureID Authentication API and in the docs it mentions there is a rsa-securid-authenticate-api.yaml file one can use to test the Service. When I click on the link it takes me to the main Doc page. Even when i search i have no luck. All links posted in this forum don't work. Maybe someone should make sure those links keep working even after side changes..\

So question is where and how can i get copy of this file ?

I guess without paid support you cant get this file which does not make sense but is par for the course of RSA. I get the fact that there is a limit on downloading software update etc but doc's etc, or test files which have no value if you dont own the product shouldnt require you to pay for sub par support.
