Hello,
I have just implemented SecurID Access platform and I cannot use fingerprint authentication method on samsung GS7 whereas my mobile is well attached to my profil and i'm able to use other authentication method liks tokens, eyeprint, authenticate code, push to approve ..etc
For information, my mobile run under android 7 and I already use fingerprint to unlock it.
Is anybody have encountered the same issue ?
