Hardware Token Report

Running RSA Authentication Manager 8.x, need to report on hardware tokens -- whether they are assigned to a user or not. This cannot be done from a user report. We require this functionality to track unassigned hardware tokens imported into the system. Similar report exists for software tokens, but not hardware. Why?
