Hello All, I have RSA Authentication Manager 7.1 and I am getting " System Internal Error " when I try to login to Primary Secutriy Console

Hello All,

When I try to login to RSA Authentication Manager Primary Instance Security & Operation Console, It is throwing error saying " SYSTEM INTERNAL ERROR " , please contact your administrator.

Can anyone help on this issue?

Hello Praneet,

Please make sure that you are using the correct URL to access the Security Console.

https://<fully qualified domain name>:7004/console-ims

And also check the services on the server and try to restart them as it might solve the issue.

Please check and advise us back if there is any assistance needed from our side.
