How do I change my old hard token to my new one

My old token doesn’t work and I’m trying to add my new hard token on

Welcome to the RSA Link community!  Thank you for joining.  

If your old RSA SecurID hardware token is no longer working, you will need to contact your own internal helpdesk.  They are the ones that assigned you the new token and can troubleshoot why it is not working.
