How do I go about ordering temporary licences for business continuity

We are looking to acquire additional temporary RSA Fixed Passcode licences for staff required to work from home.  How do I do this?

If you already have enough available licenses, just follow the steps in 000037419 - Assign a fixed passcode to a user in RSA Authentication Manager.

If you need to purchase additional licenses to accommodate assigning fixed passcodes to users, you will need to contact your reseller or RSA sales rep.

Note that fixed passcodes are considered one-factor authentication and therefore, not as secure as two-factor or multi-factor authentication.  We would recommend hardware or software tokens for your users.
