Finding your token serial number can be accomplished in a few ways:
- If you have an RSA SecurID hardware token, the serial number is embossed on the back. It is sometime hard to read, but it is there.
- If you have an RSA SecurID software token for a mobile app, open the app and clock the Info icon. A list of your active software tokens is listed at the bottom.
- If you have an RSA SecurID software token on your desktop, open the app. The token serial is listed at the top left. If you gave the token a friendly name (for example, to tell two tokens apart), choose Options > Manage Token > Token Information.
- You can call your company helpdesk and they can provide you with your token serial number.
