How do you troubleshoot "Linking the identity source to system" during LDAP set up when adding your Active directory?

I recently just added one my active directory severs into my RSA appliance for ldap following the steps in the admin guide. When i went to link the identity source my AD server wasn't listed in the available box.

Does anyone know why this might be? Where should i look to troubleshoot this?

When i tested the connection on the operation console it tested ok.

Please log off the current session and log back in to populate the option.
