How to configure email notification for available licenses for all type of tokens?

I am trying to configure email notification from RSA Security console for available licenses. But, I am not getting the correct option.

Can we configure from GUI? If yes, what are the steps?. Please help.

There are notifications for low amount of available unassigned tokens:

SNMPv3 can do gets on .1.3.6.4.1.2197.30.5.x and there are numbers like total users in database, total tokens, total unassigned tokens, and other counters which can be used to keep track of the 'state of things' over time. Your SNMP or SIEM tools may have reporting capability for thresholds you set.
