How to configure Secure LDAP for users to reset passwords through the RSA self service portal

Jump to solution

Is there any documentation on How to configure Secure LDAP for users to reset passwords through the RSA self service portal. We're currently on Authentication Manager 8.4. Is there addition software to ad-on, etc.

Users can only modify data that is stored in the internal database. Users cannot use the Self-Service Console to modify data that is stored in an LDAP directory, except when a password change is forced and for this feature to work , you need to integrate with your AD using LDAPS and use a domain admin account for the integration.
