how to establish a RSA soft token

I am a Bank of New York employee trying to get a soft token for RSA soft token request to work from home. The site <URL redacted> will not accept my RSA User ID or password even though it's a RSA site.

Have you contacted your helpdesk? I'm afraid that, even though it uses RSA technology, the site is owned and operated by BNYMellon and we have no view into it or control over its configuration or workflow.
