I'm trying this:

and getting error:

It's syntax. Number of parenthesis open-closed is not an even value.

Okay figured it out myself...

This works:

(&(objectCategory=person)(objectClass=user)(!(userAccountControl:1.2.840.113556.1.4.803:=2)))

Yeah but that's from your RSA manual..
