How to find Entitlements in RSA Authentication Manager
Hi All,
How do we find out what all entitlements are available in RSA Auth Manager like:
1. Who can request for Token.
2. Who can Approve the Token Request.
3. What all different types of Tokens are available.
4. Who is carrying a token that is already expired.. etc.
Regards
Vivek

Hello Vivek,
1. & 2. We will need to check the administrative Roles assigned to the user in order to know the roles that the user is able to perform
Click on the user in the security console and check the administrative roles assigned to him
Then click on the administrative role and press view in order to know the permissions assigned to that user
3. Type of tokens: Software, hardware, On-Demand tokens. And you can check the ones in your system by going to the Security Console, click Authentication > SecurID Tokens > Statistics.
4. We can do that by clicking on the user in the security console and check the SecurID tokens assigned to him and from there you check the token status.
So kindly check and advise us back if there is any assistance needed from our side.
Best Regards,
