How to restore an existing id from a wiped out mobile
I have to wipe out a user mobile. It has a backup, and I'm wondering when I restore it how do I reinitiate the RSA soft token? Do I need to go to RSA Self-Service Console and request a new token? or there is a faster way to restore without requesting a new token and restore the same token? And Let's say if I have to do the same for multiple users.

The Token in the Software token application only works on the device it was imported to, and a backup and restore should not work, otherwise someone could clone or steal your token. So you have to get the RSA Token Application working, then import the token again, either the original .sdtid file if you still have it (which is a security risk if you do have it, as others could gain access to your token) or you need to distribute the token again from AM Security Console then import into the Phone token app. When you distribute a software token a second or subsequent time, it randomizes the token seed again, therefore the old tokencode would no longer work.

Thank you very much for replying to me, Jay! exactly what I was thinking regarding the security risks that it would cause in the case of someone clones/stoles the device.
