I can not get on this page.The password is incorrect

I need to update my license over at https://knowledge.rsasecurity.com to version 8.1

If you go to the RSA Authentication Manager 8.1.x Migration Resources page and click the link to Download Test Upgrade License and Software, are you able to request the trial license and software?  On what page are you and what links are you clicking that take you to https://auth.rsasecurity.com/IMS-AA-IDP/InitialLogonDispatch.do?

 

Also, what browser are you using?
