I have a user that is getting "authorization failed" errors on an offline pc.
I currently have the problem pc without the user's token. I can access the pc as an administrator. I would like to start troubleshooting by viewing the user's available offline days. Is it possible to see how many offline days are available for a token on a particular pc/authentication agent without being logged in with that token? Either by viewing their pc profile or via Authentication Manager?

If you can see the offline day storage directory... the filenames are based on the day that file is good for
C:\ProgramData\RSA\RSA Authentication Agent\Local\dayfiles\(userid)\tokenserial\dayfiles
