identify user excluded in export job

Hello Team,

i created a group of 200 users and tried to export based on the group created.

in export job status i could see user count as 199 and token count 219.

could you please help me to identify the user who was not exported?

Unfortunately there is no report for the export process, there is a report for import if users have errors or warnings.

One or more users did not have a token or authenticator assigned, so are skipped from export. You would need to check the list of users and compare which ones do not have authenticators (token/on-demand/rba/authenticate). Fixed passcode users will not export unless there is another authenticator assigned.
