IDR attribut synchronization error

Hello All,

 

I have an issue with my IDR to synchronize the users attributes with a AD 2012R2 there any KB to this case?

Ok not going to be able to solve this on the forum.

I would check KB How to troubleshoot RSA SecurID Access identity source errors or open a support case.

Hi Ange - might be easier to troubleshoot with a support case but what is the synchronize issue exactly? 

Has it ever worked?

If you enable customer support access I can take a look at your configuration.

All infomrations for connection to AD is ok but attribut synchro failed.
