Import Token 5.0 window not useable
After installing the RSA SecurID application on my Surface Book the application window is not rendered correctly and I'm unable to import a token. I have tried to resize and uninstall and reinstall to no avail. I installed this application on another Windows 10 computer suspecting it was the OS. It renders and works properly on the other computer so it appears to be only surface and its graphics driver perhaps? How else can I get an RSA number on this device?

Hello Scott,
The Surface book unfortunately is not yet supported with t e latest software token application.
That is why you see the GUI a bit messed up.
Our Development team however are working on it for a later version to support the Surface.
As a reference here is the ticket number for this "enhancement" request > SWTDT-1717
Regards,
Peter

issue the token as an .sdtid file, get that file on the device
when you double-click the file on the machine, it will install, but then ask you if you want to
change the name or not. [should be able to answer that via keyboard]
whether or not is is usable after this, not sure (not yet supported) but this should import it
