Internet Explorere 11 cannot open Authentication Manager 8.1 Security Console

I keep getting an SSL error when I try to open RSA Authentication manager security/operations console on my Internet Explorer 11. It throws up some errors with emphasis on RC4 support and suggest this link for help

AM 8.1 is old, so you can try using IE 9 or IE8 to get in.  AM 8.1 SP1 P2 fixed the SSL ciphers to work with IE11 and the latest Chrome or FF.
