IP Address does not match the scope of the Network Mask for static route 1

Every time I add a Static Route with IP Address or the Network itself the Console errors as given below:

 

RSA SecurID Access

There was an error setting up your identity router. Correct the items in red.
RSA SecurID Access
Invalid IP Address
RSA SecurID Access
IP Address does not match the scope of the Network Mask for static route 1

what are you trying to configure that you need to include a static route?

This is required to 

Enable RSA SecurID Token Users to Access Resources Protected by the Cloud Authentication Service

Try it with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.255 and make sure the interface is set to "private".

Tried both option above with no go. Same error!
Any other idea and if this is a bug?

did you try to publish your changes after the entries? if it did not work, let's open a Support case to get assistance with it.

I dont have anything to publish and this needs to be saved first to be published. Yes, thats what I'll do as next step!
