Is a damaged token display repairable/replaceable?

Jump to solution

A user has returned a token with a damaged display.  We replaced with a new token of course so the user is back in business, but will RSA repair or replace the damaged token so we can re-add to our stock of new tokens, or are we just down one token now?

MARK BAKER‌,

RSA warrantees all RSA SecurID tokens for the purchased lifecycle. Tokens will be replaced without charge if they no longer operate properly because of problems in materials or workmanship. Tokens will not be replaced without charge if damaged through neglect or abuse.  For more information, please review the Warranty and Replacement Parts information page, specifically the section on RSA SecurID Token Replacement and Disposal.

Regards,
Erica
