Is it possible to configure Cisco VPN Agent without configuration on the Cisco ACS?
Hi, I want to know if it is possible to protect a CISCO VPN login with Authentication Manager Agents without configuring the Cisco ACS. I know that the Agent configuration is on the ACS, but is there any other way to achieve this?

You don't need ACS... it works via SDI or RADIUS

You can search RSA Link for the Cisco ASA Implementation Guide
It has step by step configuration for either Native SecurID (SDI in Cisco talk) or RADIUS
