Hi,

I am unable to log into EMC File Transfer - Web - EMC File Transfer - Web  

We are running 8.1 and would like to download the 8.2 rollup update.

Hello Lisa,

Please go to SCOL and under My products. Hopefully you see something like the following:

From this screen you would click on RSA Authentication Manager which should bring you to the subsequent screen:

Click continue:

Click Submit and you should get something similar to this:

Click Download Software button and you should be redirected to the Download site (different for each customer) and depending which Products you have you should finally see an option for download:

So kindly check and advise us back if there is any assistance needed from our side.
