Looking for the RSA Authentication Manager VMWare appliance 8.6 full product download

Checked a couple of previous articles which offer links to previous versions or documents but the links go nowhere.

Product downloads offer updates only and not the VMware Appliance.  Selecting full product offers a blank page.

Is there a link where the full product download is available for the Authentication Manager VMware appliance for version 8.6 please.

which when I select takes me to https://my.rsa.com/sso a blank page...  IS this a problem with my account?

 

Why isn't the product available from the downloads page?  We have to prove we have a site ID, product and licences to get access...

Dave, my.rsa.com requires having a valid account at https://community.rsa.com/t5/securid-access/ct-p/securid-access .

Thanks, I believe I have one as I can access downloads, can log a case in the case portal.

I have a support case open, I guess it's back to them, but with the time difference I lose a day with every reply...

I just want the software for the product we've bought...

I'm guessing this is because I'm not the named contact. Can we have more than one named contact which allows the software to be downloaded or is it restricted to just the named contact.  We are installing this for a client, but the software has to be registered with the client...

Or just a simple link as to where to download the Authentication Manager VMWare appliance would be good.  I'm assuming case support is US or Asia based as it seems to work outside UK hours, which adds significant delays.

Yes, you can have several named contacts. An existing named contact can work with RSA Support to add you to the list of contacts for your company / customer. RSA Support SLAs/SLOs are driven by the maintenance contract in place and - as usual - a request's severity.
