Migration from LDAP ID Sources to Internal Database

We are planning to move from LDAP ID Sources to the Internal Database.

To the internal database, we need to replicate the

1. LDAP User Groups from multiple ID Sources
2. LDAP User Names from multiple ID Sources and Groups Membership
3. Authentication Agents Groups Access

I've seen some posts going from Internal to LDAP, but is there a migration path for opposite direction?

If this would have to be built out manually, any recommendations on ways to thoroughly export the data and respective relationships?  (I'm still reading and researching the export tool and reports options).
