My user is unable to import token through CTKIP or QR code

I have a user and she is unable to import token with ctkip or QR code. I have tried assigning a new token, confirming the binding ID but it is failing repeatedly.

Is there an Android Version which is not compatible with RSA.

This is my first such situation.

I am attaching the device specs to this.

Please advice.
