If these include RADIUS or Native SecurID then you could use the Authentication Manger piece of SID Access to authenticate users.
The Same Wikipedia entry says "The OpenIG Federation Gateway is a component of OpenAM providing a SAML2 compliant enforcement point and allows businesses to quickly add SAML2 support to their applications with little to no knowledge of the standard." So maybe you can configure SAML authentication to SID Access. Beyond that I have no idea.
