If your RSA administrator has enabled the Change PIN option in the Self-Service Console, you can update your PIN there. Follow the steps below:
- Log in the the Self-Service Console and look for the Change PIN link(s) on the left side of the page. For exmaple I see options to change my hardware token PIN and my On-Demand Authentication PIN.
- Click the one you need based on your token type.
- Follow the prompts to enter your current PIN and your new PIN. Then confirm the PIN and click Save.
Note that making this change will put you into New PIN Mode when you login to your authentication device for the first time after making the change. Use the Self-Service Console to test the new PIN. Click the test link and follow the prompts.
If the Self-Se4rvice option is not available, you can contact your RSA administrator to clear your current PIN.
Regards,
Erica
