Prefered upgrade and deployment method
We have 2 Appliance 250 hardware appliances, purchased in March 2016. They have the old 8.1 factory image on them, and have not been deployed, so there is no data to be preserved. The Admin guide section "Install the Original System Image on a Hardware Appliance" is described for a disaster recovery, but there is no disaster to recover from. What do you recommend for an initial deployment method? :
1. Deploy 8.1 Primary and 8.1 Replica, Update them both to 8.1 SP1, update again to 8.2
2. Follow the instructions in "Install the Original System Image on a Hardware Appliance" to put a 8.2 image on each appliance, and deploy as a new Primary and Replica
3. Something else?
Thanks

In 8.2 the factory reset procedure is insert a dvd with this image burned on it
hit F11 on boot to chose sata/cdrom as the boot option,
and boot from it, it will rewrite the HDD to become 8.2 from the start.
There is no factory image on a hidden partition any longer [but it is an RFE to get that feature back.]
So, just burn them with DVD to become new plain vanilla 8.2 in quick-setup state.
