Problème de reception de la licence RSA SECURID ACCESS

Hello support,

We created an account to download the RSA SECURID commercial license for the MESR client (see attached file).

After this creation we received a notification telling us to wait 10 days to receive the license.

But it's been 3 weeks so far we can not get the license.

I believe the 10 days is referring to the time it may take for a physical token delivery.  If you want your Authentication Manager license that should be available and would follow the instructions here to retrieve - 000013065 - How to request a license for RSA Authentication Manager 8.1.
