is it possible to have a policy in the CAS that requests the chain combination of PUSH-TO-APPROVE AND BIOMETRIC (fingerprint or face)?
Looking into the policies it seems it is not possible.

No because push and approve used both the same device is better to use 2 different type of device to avaoid hacking example push and RSA fido or biometric and hw token.
