"Failed to process MFA response" using custom portal

Hi,

We're trying to use our own custom portal with Secure ID using MFA.  We are able to login and authenticate with our app, but after authenticating, we're redirected to our error page.  The error is "Failed to process MFA response".  We haven't been able to capture anything in our logs so far.  Any help is appreciated.

Hi Wade - I think you would be best served by contacting RSA Customer Support.  Are you using Authentication Manager or the SecurID Cloud Authentication Service?

Hi Ted,

 

I think we're using SecurID Cloud Authentication Service.  I'm really new to this, so I'm also trying to get up to speed on this product.  I'll look into creating a case.

I would confirm your IDR time is correct as a first check.  If that is ok then definitely open a support case.
