"RSA Config Service" auto stop service

Dear support team !
I was use RSA Agent 8.0 on server running EXChange 2016 and RSA Authencation Manger 8.1
I don't understand that why RSA Config service on server install RSA Agent ( running EXchange 2016 ) after one time ( it can is 2 hours or 30 minutes or 4-5 hours ) auto stop service. I don't stop it, don't restart server physical, don't restart IIS service ...
Because, RSA config Service auto stop that users can't use mail web EX2016 ( OWA ).
So, can you help me fix this case ?
If need, can you remote my server installed RSA Agent and running EXChange server 2016

You should open a support case for this. It may be a known issue with a memory leak or something along those lines. We can do debugging/webex session if you have a support case and nail down the issue. Otherwise... widows event viewer would have more info about what specific services may be having problems. Also, we need the specific build of agent ...8.0.something....

If the problem continues please open a support case and ask for a hotfix

for the web agent, mention you want hotfix AAIIS-1378
