Re-assigning token issue.

I am re-assigning a token to a user and when I import token using the ctkip link method, I get the following error: "Token import failed. Error communicating with server. Contact your administrator." The server is up and running. We never had problems re-assigning tokens, but now it seems to be an issue. I attempted the toke import to several users, and I get the same result. I have not restarted the Radius server and don't want to restart it if I don't have to.

Hi Javier,

Please check if the mobile device is connected to internal network when the user cannot import the token. Attempt to import when the device is not connected to the internal network.

If the user can import the token when connected with external network, then you need to check with your network team for DNS name resolution for DMZ server.
