Red Hat 7.6 Web Tier Installation
Hello Guys,
We are trying to install authentication manager web tier 8.5 P1 U1 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.6 (Maipo) CLI version, during the installation while trying to locate the web-tier package we are getting the below error
**
**ERROR: Invalid Web-Tier Package
**
Could not locate crypto jars required to decrypt web-tier package.
Enter 1 to retry, 2 to quit.: [1]
The web tier package is valid and we are sure about the package password.
Please advise if anybody faced the same problem.
Thanks

Are you running the install as root?
Did you chmod the java directory as directed in the instructions?
Are you invoking the installer with "./install_webtier.sh -console" or are you using a path before the installer? I think you need to actually be in the linux-x86_64 directory when you run it.
You didn't expand the webtier zip into /root did you?
When you downloaded the zip, did you check the SHA256 vaue to make sure it downloaded cleanly?

Yes, we did

We are running the installation from the Linux directory.

We expanded it in the /temp directory
We are going to check the SHA256 and get back to you.

Unfortunately those were the easy questions. Unless someone else has seen this and knows an easy fix I recommend you contact RSA Support; they can work with you to dig in deeper to get this taken care of. Good luck.
