Remove request a new token option
Hi, in the RSA Self-Service Console is it possible to remove the “request a new token” option while keeping the “request replacement” option? We are looking to provide users the access to only request replacements and not new tokens at this time. Thanks.

That is not an option in the Self Service Console settings.

As Edward Davis mentioned, an option to remove the Request a New Token is not available in Authentication Mananger.
That being said, I'd recommend going to the RSA Ideas for RSA SecurID Access page and posting your request. Once posted, members of the RSA Link community can vote for your idea. If an idea gets enough votes, our Product Management team reviews it for potential inclusion on newer versions of the product.
Regards,
Erica
