on authenitcation manager 8.2 sp1, is it possible to remove manually (without AMBA) the token replacement flag?

Not exactly sure what you are asking, but if a token is currently marked as a replacement for another token, unassign the replacement token and that unhooks any R status (replacement) to an O token (original).
