Replication question
Hello,
One small question.
Do replication works between Primary ( version 8.2 patch03 ) and Replica ( version 8.2 ) ?
Thank you.

Yes it works. 8.1.x to 8.2 won't work, but the major version numbers are 8.1 and 8.2, so
if the 8.x matches, replication should be working. Always patch the primary before the replicas
for any new patch version, as patching a replica before the primary could permanently break
replication depending on what is in that patch.

You don't want to leave them mismatched forever of course, but it could technically run that way forever
unless it hits some type of schema or replication bug that a patch would have resolved.

Sure, we planned to have such difference during one day in maximum.
