Report Error when running Radius report
In RSA Security Console I am trying to run this report: All Users with assigned RADIUS profile
Every time the report is ran, there is an error Unexpected exception caught
Java.lang.NullPointerException
The only reports that seem to error out is the ones that include the Radius profile. The report also does not seem to run, the error happens almost immediately. The RSA server was just rebuilt but the data was transferred over. I was wondering if anyone had some tips on resolving this issue.
The error is attached.

I've had issues previously running RADIUS profile reports and it was due to unresolvable users. If you don't have a scheduled user clean-up job, you might want to try checking that.
In the Security Console, go to the Setup tab -> Identity Sources -> Clean-Up Unresolvable Users.

I am currently experiencing the same issue. I have ran the "Clean-Up Unresolvable Users" action referenced by Tiffany Ireland above and the report is still producing an ERROR. Are there any other potential resolutions available?

You should open a RSA Support case regarding this issue.
For an issue like this, logs should be reviewed to see which value is throwing this exception.
