Hi. I would like to know if it's possible to reassign to a new user an ODA feature license that I've consumed before for a previous user.
Yes the ODA license can be used once it has been disabled for the non-active/previous user(So one ODA license will be freed by doing so) and then the ODA can be enabled for the new user for further use
