Hello,

Would like to ask where can I get a copy of RSA Authentication Manager 8.2 P 2 and its Web Tier counter part?

also do you have a guide in upgrading the firmware from 8.1 S 1 P 5?

8.2 p2 is here

The web tier for 8.2 p2 is the 8.2 base web tier installer.

Once installed it updates itself to become the same version as the primary 8.2.0.2.0.

Moving forward with any patch, the patch readme will tell you want to do

with the web tier you have. It will either be updatable in the ops console

web tier section with a button press, and it will update itself to match the primary

version...or will require an uninstall/reinstall with a new web tier installer.

The latest web tier installer is 8.2.0.0.0 and it is found in a folder

on the am-extras-8.2.0.0.0 extras download. You can find the am-extras in the same place

you find the full images of 8.2 which is a different location than individual patches.

may I have a copy of the link where we can locate am-extras-8.2.0.0.0 extras download?

since RSA change their website our previous links does not work, all I have right now is my products but it only shows my serial number and status.

Unfortunately there is not a direct link to the am-extras-8.2.0.0.0.zip. As Edward Davis mentioned, you need to login and drill down to it.

Can you provide a screen shot of the page you see? I can then help you navigate.
