RSA 8.3 Upgrade Backout
We are currently in RSA 8.2 SP1 Patch 6 and are planning to upgrade to RSA 8.3. Since there is no rollback for the upgrade. How do we backout in case of any failures during the 8.3 upgrade RSA Customer Support

I've moved your question to the RSA SecurID Access" data-type="space space, where it will be seen by the product's support engineers, other customers and partners. Please bookmark this page and use it when you have product-specific questions.
Alternatively, from the RSA Customer Support" data-type="space page, click on Ask A Question on the blue navigation bar and choose Ask A Product Related Question. From there, scroll to RSA SecurID Access" data-type="space and click Ask A Question. That way your question will appear in the correct space.

Erica

Yes you are right there is no Rollback option for this major version upgrade. for good sake to avoid last minute surprises we need to have running version of AM (images) and recent taken backup(before start upgrade) for restoring RSA AM if in case any issues raised, this way we can get back RSA AM server. This is up to my knowledge if you need further info you can log case with RSA support or wait for other RSA professional to reply your actual query.
Thanks
