RSA application is being opened with blank screen

Hi Team,

I have installed RSA secureID token on phone and I got the email with .sdtid file.While trying to open that file , I am being redirected to RSA application with blank screen.

Can you please suggest what can be done as I am not able to login with RSA passcode.

Please let us know what version of the RSA SecurID Software Token app you installed and on what device.  Also, what i the OS of that device.
