RSA Authentication Manager 8.2 Base Appliance

How can I get access to download RSA Authentication Manager 8.2, the base appliance? We are trying to move it from a VMWare environment over to a Hyper-V one, but need the base appliance without the patch to get started.

Please advise.

I've moved your question to the RSA SecurID Access" data-type="space space where it will be seen by the product's support engineers, other customers and partners.  Please bookmark this page and use it when you have product-specific questions.

Alternatively, from the RSA Customer Support" data-type="space‌ page, click on Ask A Question on the blue navigation bar and choose Ask A Product Related Question.  From there, scroll to RSA SecurID Access" data-type="space and click Ask A Question.  That way your question will appear in the correct space.

Please review 000034558 - How to download RSA Authentication Manager 8.x full kits and service packs from RSA Link for information on how to download the base software for your new Hyper-V environment. 

At step 8, be sure to click on the Archive tab then click on RSA Authentication Manager Version Upgrade V8.2.  The file you want is RSA Authentication Manager 8.2 - Hyper-V Virtual Appliance (rsa-am-hyper-v-virtual-appliance-8.2.0.0.0.zip).
