RSA Authentication Manager Virtual Appliance License Control

I would like to know the license control in RSA Authentication Manager Virtual Appliance.

If there are 2 RSA Authentication Manager in difference servers, using same set of token, do I need to purchase 2 licenses or not?

License can be installed in 2 separate servers however you need to take into consideration the below.

If You mean two separate systems (2 Primary AM servers), You need 2 SecurID licenses.
