RSA decryption utility issue
- Download the decryption code file from the RSA website.
- Run the RSA Decryption Utility from the Token Records CD.
- But when i enter the password i created to download the decryption code file, it says, 'The password that you typed is not correct. try typing it again'.
- I had saved the password before so i'm sure it's not an incorrect password.
Token Pack ID: xxxx-xxxx xxxx-xxxx

That password is like an ordinary zip file password, you can try 'all possible combinations' using 7-zip or winzip to save time until it extracts a non-zero-byte file. [It will just be an encrypted string used to decrypt the seeds that are on the cdrom itself]
Other than that, the process must start again of no passwords work.
If you are not making progress please open a new support case for License Seed Response and that team will be able to resolve this. If you do not have an RSA support contract and cannot open new cases, DATACOM may need to resolve it.
