This is a new one that I have never seen in all my years of desktop support. I have a client on newly wiped iPhone XS Max with IOS 16.4. When he opens the RSA app on his cell phone it acts and shows like it had not be registered.Initially, the app show successful registration and works without issue all of that work day.
The next day the user opens the the RSA app on his cell phone, it acts and shows like it had not be registered. We get the cell phone RSA registered again and it works without issue for the remainder of the day.
The next day the app opens again like it had not been registered. Does anyone have any ideas of what is going on here? Why would the phone think is no longer registered? I have confirmed his iPhone does have the correct date and time.

The issue you are reporting is a strange one, to be sure. Are you seeing anything on the RSA app's logs? I'd recommend contacting our technical support team and getting some one-on-one help troubleshooting this issue.
